Coconut Blossom Sugar (Organic)
Coconut sugar is made from nectar derived from coconut blossoms. It’s rich in magnesium, potassium, zinc, iron, B vitamins and amino acids.
Coconut sugar is delicious and nutritional.
Coconut sugar has a lower glycemic index (35) than white sugar (60 to 65), meaning it doesn't spike your blood glucose and insulin like table sugar does.
It can be used at around the same ratio in recipes and at the table as regular sugar.
Coconut sugar does not involve harmful harvesting and cultivation techniques, such as those required for cane sugar and other farm produced sugars. It is derived totally from organic orchards of coconut trees, which live up to a hundred years.
