How to use Magnesium Oil Spray:  

Skin absorbs a higher amount of Magnesium Oil onto affected area than if taken orally. 

Spray 4-5 times daily onto the skin and massage the area or add 2 oz. in your bathtub and soak for 20-30 minutes.   Spray where it hurts, onto painful or cramping area for quick results.  Spray to help you sleep. 

If redness or discomfort occurs, discontinue use and consult with your doctor.  

Itching after applying may mean you’re deficient, not allergic.  Try applying spray for 15 minutes then washing off, for 5 days.  Itching should decrease, then can spray and leave on skin to absorb all day.  

You can mix magnesium oil with body scrub, skin cream, lotion and aloe vera to decrease itching.  If you feel you are allergic, see your doctor.
